The Engagement... Here are my thoughts about this marriage as written in an email to Ondrea...his mom. Ondrea,
This e-mail is long overdue! Remember when we use to write letters?.. and I was always really good about those. But communication just flies at us so fast these days!
First of all I want to tell you that I am so very happy about this marriage. I am so thrilled that they found each other! I have to tell you a funny story. After I announced at work that they would be getting married, one of the questions many people kept asking me was... "So what does he do?" And I was so embarrassed that I didn't even know because it really didn't even matter to me after meeting him. He is just the sweetest soul! And I guess this is where I'm suppose to say "Thank you so much for doing such a good job of raising him."
I don't think I've ever been as touched before as I was the evening when Aaron called me to ask if it was ok with me if he asked her to marry him. And in just those few moments of speaking with him I could just tell why she loves him so much.
I can't wait to meet you all!

P.S. I DO now know what he does... and what field he's graduating in... by the way. : )
